Day 6: VBS at the Methodist School

Our last day in Costa Rica was as special as our first.  In the morning we went back to the Methodist School and performed our skit and song for all of the elementary classes.  We also made crafts and played games.  Even though we have done this skit many times our kids still has amazing energy.





After lunch we went to the market in downtown Costa Rica to buy souvenirs and gifts.  We ended the evening with dinner at the mission house.  It was a very emotional evening as we said goodbye to the incredible Cunningham family.  Joey presented Karla with the team leader stole and we all prayed for the success of their ministry.  We will never forget our time here, the friendships made, and the lives touched by God.  Blessings to all!

    Wow God is good all the time! It looks like the children and adults of Costa Rica were richly blessed to have you all there for the week. But it also looked like each of you were abundantly blessed as well! You carried the gospel to so MANY this past week. I know your hearts were touched and I know the Love of God touched theirs. The one picture of the little girl with the huge smiled reminded how important it is to carry the Light of the World to everyone and show them joy that can only be found in Christ Jesus. Please tell all the young people that they were a huge blessing to me! Thanks for taking me along to Costa Rica! Love to all.
